I created Terra Soul to help you feel relaxed, confident, and deeply connected to yourself through the art of skincare. My passion for self-care started with my own skin journey, struggling with acne and hyperpigmentation as a teen taught me patience, knowledge, and how to embrace my skin. I know what it’s like to feel insecure, and I believe every person’s skin journey is unique and deserves to be honored. Every facial I offer is fully customized with intention. I take a progressive, not aggressive approach, blending science-backed skincare with therapeutic massage techniques to restore balance to your skin, body, and soul. I’ve designed this space to be calm, warm, and welcoming; a place to unplug, relax, and just be. Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide high-quality care in a timely and intentional manner. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have implemented the following appointment and cancellation policy.
Appointments are in high demand, and advance notice allows us to offer availability to other clients seeking care. This policy helps us maintain an efficient schedule and provide the level of service our clients deserve.
Time is specifically reserved for your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows with no call, will result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or adjusted to accommodate other clients, and the full service cannot always be guaranteed.
